JAN 21-Post Weirdest Inauguration Day EVER
I did not watch the Inauguration Live, as I had some work booked that I could not change. It was a good thing.
A few hours later, I was able to sit and watch the replay. On mute. I simply watched the body language and the intensely awkward forced intimacy, due to so many people being crammed into the Capitol Rotunda. It happened in the same place of the JAN 6 riots and Insurrection, led by the convicted felon, who was just given the keys to the Presidency and is now the drunk-driver of our Democracy.
All I could pick up on was a very strange vibe in the room, and all the people, especially Dems, who looked like the cat that had just eaten the canary. Smiles, and an almost gleeful energy came across Hillary’s face, and Joe Biden’s; as well as Brett Kavanaugh’s and Mark Zuckerberg’s, when he wasn’t looking at Besos’ girlfriend’s breasts like a geeky teenager.
Then the hard moment came for me-I asked myself: were those democrats in that room fully aware of what myself and others have suspected since the election? Was that strange collective display some sign that they knew the game was rigged by the South African giving the Nazi salute? And why aren’t they doing about it if so?
Nothing came out in the lead up to yesterday of any substantive proof or accusations of election interference. The Democrats UNANIMOUSLY did not speak of recounts or pose any real questions to the ABSURDITY that this man swept all the swing states. There was an almost black-out of discussion on legacy media, and even Left leaning influencers barely spoke of the possibility that votes were manipulated with the TECHNOLOGY that Musk and others have at their disposal. He said it himself in quote after quote after quote: “Trump better win, or I’m definitely going to jail.”
But SOME of the new age, spiritual, and open-eyed did not fall under the collective gaslighting. Many of us have suspected behind-the scenes actions being taken by the many strange comments from Harris, Obama, Gavin Newsom, AOC, Jeffries, and others alluding to the battle being waged re: election integrity especially as it pertains to Russian and China. Then the Tik Tok Shutdown CHARADE. They all voted to ban the app, while heavily investing personally in META stock. It’s one of the things I feel enraged by the most. The Supreme Court shut it down 9-0 and the it’s back on “thanks to Trump.”
I’m not sure what’s worse: the Dems being absolutely INCAPABLE of stopping Trump; or the Dems allowing Trump to return to power despite knowing something we don’t about the insane level of suss things he has said and done, and REMAINING SILENT while America is now under assault. How can they look so calm? And even happy?
I strangely feel pretty calm and grounded. At first, I thought I was ‘tuning out’ but I’ve actually been tuning in.
I’m not feeling hysterical or fearful. I’m feeling like my priorities are shifting for the ROLE I AM PLAYING in my own life; and how I’m approaching where we are currently headed with NO ANSWERS about wtf just happened. I trust myself, and my intuition, but I also am making very practical choices and mental accounting, now that he’s back in the White House. I kept saying over the past 2 months “I’ll mourn if he gets back in-but until then, I’m going to be hopeful.” But turns out, I don’t feel like mourning. It’s lighting a fire under my ass that I’m directing towards helping and guiding others with.
And then there is always the GENERAL STRIKE that I’ve been calling for a long time. Suddenly, organizing to stop Trump and his actions isn’t such a bad idea. 20 million people could get out in the streets and shut down the economy demanding he step down. It can be done, if it is the will of the people.
